You understand the importance of communication for a work community.
You are familiar with various communication channels and tools, as well as the communication styles they require.
You know how to choose the appropriate communication channel and tool for different situations.
You are capable of interactive communication.
You know how to communicate constructively in various types of organisations.
You know how to participate in communication and share knowledge within the work community.
You understand the role of responsibility, internationality, and entrepreneurship in workplace communication.

What is the significance of communication for an organisation?
What communication tools and channels should be used, and what styles of communication should be chosen?
How can you communicate constructively and interactively in different organisations and using various tools?
How do you communicate interactively?
How do you participate in and share knowledge within a work community?

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
c. work as team members in work-related expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.

g. apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
