You can develop and implement a customer engagement and marketing strategy that promotes a product/service to target customers.

You can present the results in a versatile and illustrative way and suggest development ideas to the commissioner.

How to conduct market research and assess consumer demand?
How to analyse customer data and trends to understand consumer behaviour and expectations?
What are the challenges of working in interdisciplinary projects to develop a product/service concept?
How to develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on the target customer?
What are the various stakeholder expectations, and how to identify them?

Evaluation

Students can
