Objective
You know and understand the basics and different stages of a client-centred intervention aimed at a permanent and comprehensive lifestyle change (behavior change).
You know how to plan, implement and assess an evidence-based, goal-directed lifestyle change intervention that is individual, realistic and suitable for the client's life.
You know how to apply and utilise the multidisciplinary knowledge base related to behavior change in different phases of the intervention aimed at behavior change.
You know how to utilise and apply evidence-based information in the different stages of a lifestyle change intervention and as justification for your own actions.
You know how to use theories and methods related to human motivation and supporting behavior change in the different stages of lifestyle change intervention.
You know how to develop and assess the measurement of the impacts of an intervention process aimed at lifestyle change with various tools together with the client and independently.
You know how to use reflection to support the development of your own understanding and expertise as a part of your lifestyle coaching at different stages of the intervention process.
