You can describe the most common unit processes in the process industry and the process equipment used in them.

You understand the importance of comprehensive process planning in production plants.

You know how to dimension processes and pipelines, as well as calculate related process balances, and understand the effects on inventories and operating costs.

You know how to prepare flow, heat and mass balances in unit processes and understand their effect on the consumption of consumables and energy.

You know how to identify official obligations in process planning.
