Objective
You develop both verbal and written marketing and sales skills in the forestry sector. You know how to work in customer service situations and how to sell services/products. You identify different forest owner segments and know how to use what you have learned in targeted sales work. You also understand your own strengths and development needs in sales and marketing work.
Content
You study the basics of marketing and sales and practice goal-oriented marketing writing. You learn about different forest owner profiles and understand their significance in sales work. You also study behavior patterns and learn how understanding of your own behavior and its importance in customer work increases. You understand the marketing and sales of forest services as part of your job. You know how to handle customer service situations, become familiar with the sales process and learn to sell services/products.

Students can
