Objective

You can assess and develop responsible organisational wellbeing in line with the organisational strategy and values.
You can identify networks and cooperation partners related to wellbeing at work and working capacity management.
You are able to lead and take an entrepreneurial approach to organisational wellbeing development activities and guide employees in monitoring and developing their own wellbeing at work.

How does wellbeing at work affect organisational success, staff engagement and job satisfaction?
What responsibilities and duties does wellbeing at work bring to the role of a manager?
What are the tools and methods for measuring, assessing and improving the state of wellbeing in the workplace?
What are the means and actions available to a manager for managing wellbeing and work ability in everyday life?

Evaluation

Students can
c. work as team members in work-related expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d. assess operations in customer/client, user and target group situations.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
