You can use different models and tools to describe wellbeing at work as a whole.
You know how different parties can influence the development of wellbeing at work in a responsible organisation.
You are able to identify the most important elements of work ability management and apply them within the organisation in cooperation with occupational healthcare.

What theoretical models are used to describe wellbeing at work as a whole?
What are the means and tools for measuring, analysing and developing wellbeing at work and work ability?
What is the role of the employee, the manager, the employer and the occupational healthcare service in assessing, enhancing and organising remedial activities for wellbeing at work?
What is the significance of work ability from the perspective of the employee's life cycle model, and how to support partial work ability?
Evaluation
Students can
