Objective

You master the theoretical basis of social interaction.You can combine the theoretical basis of social interaction with the identification and development of communication skills as well as with the construction of interaction and co-operation relations.You are able to use in various ways the supporting methods of interaction and expression.You are familiar with the special features of the multicultural interaction and communication.You know the digital environment and the possibilities of ICT in the social sector.You are appropriately able to take advantage of the use of ICT for learning and future work tasks.

How do you analyze the interaction situations using the theoretical basis?What kind of methodological approaches can be used to construct interaction relationships?How can you apply the supporting methods of interaction and expression to practice in social sector?What are the special features of the multicultural interaction and communication?How is digital technology utilized in social sector?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students can: a. Use professional vocabulary systematically. b. Look for information in the key information sources of the field. c. Identify interrelated tasks. d. Work together with customers, users and target groups. e. Use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field. f. Work as team members in a goal-oriented way. g. Justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
