You know how to assess and plan digital services based on service design.
You know how to use and apply service design methods.
You know how to use service design based development processes in implementing of digital services.

Content

How to assess and renew digital services in digital working environments.
What is service design and how do service design processes proceed?
How to develop digital services using customer-oriented and interactive methods?
