You will be able to define the social needs of the client oriented.
You can use the methods and tools of social support according to the needs and resources, and you can evaluate them.
You understand and agree to the social field’s processes responsibilities of the owners.

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojakson toteutuksessa on kolme osiota. Ehkäisevä työ ja varhainen tuki sekä ehkäisevän työn käytännöt (sisältää PBL työskentelyn), kirjallisuuspiiristä sekä mahdollisista tehtävistä tai harjoitteista. Lisäksi osioon kuuluu Xamkin TKI-toiminnan kanssa toteutettavaa hanketyötä meneillään olevissa hankkeissa.

Student workload

Opiskelijan kokonaistuntimäärä 135 tuntia jakautuu seuraavasti:
Lähiopetusta 16 tuntia
Kirjallisuuteen perehtyminen ja kirjallisuuskeskustelu 49 tuntia.
Tehtävät 30 tuntia
Verkosto- ja ryhmätyöskentelyä yhteensä 40 h

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää aktiivista osallistumista opintojakson osioihin sekä tehtävien tekemistä tieteellistä ajattelua ja kirjoittamista hyödyntäen.

Qualifications

Sosionomi (AMK) tai geronomi (AMK) -tutkinto ja riittävä alan työkokemus.
