Content
Basic theory of fluid power.
Hydraulic components: pumps, motors, actuators, valves, piping, tanks, filters, control.
Mobile- and factory hydraulic applications in ship; power-packs.
Pneumatic components: compressors, motors and actuators, piping, valves, quality, filtration and drying, control.

Scheduled track:
You will attend teaching and guidance sessions as specified in the schedule.
Independent track:
You attend your study in the multi-mode education. Degree of Deck Officer, operational level (STCW A-II/1) OR Degree of Engineer Officer, operational level (STCW A-III/1) OR Certificate of Competency: Deck Officer / Engineer Officer IS REQUIRED.
