You are familiar with the main theories of well-being
You are familiar with the most common trends of welfare research.
You are able to look at welfare as a strategic base of social work and services
You are able to look at the everyday life of people of different ages from the point of you of welfare.
You know how to analyze the links between welfare, way of life and life span.
You know how to monitor and anticipate the regional, national and global development of welfare.

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Jaksolla tarjotaan normaaliin päivällä toteutettavaan kontaktiopetukseen pohjautuva toteutus ja sen ohella vaihtoehtoinen toteutus,
jossa on hyvin rajallisesti läsnäolovelvoitetta ja joka muutoin pohjautuu verkkototeutukseen.

Arviointi pohjautuu tehtäväarviointiin, jossa hyödynnetään laadullista arviointia. Tämän arvioinnin perustana on tehtävien tarkasteleminen
suhteessa tehtävien tavoitteisiin.
