Interaction skills in education and social work (5 cr)

Objective

You master the theoretical basis of social interaction.You can combine the theoretical basis of social interaction with the identification and development of communication skills as well as with the construction of interaction and co-operation relations.You are able to use in various ways the supporting methods of interaction and expression.You are familiar with the special features of the multicultural interaction and communication.You know the digital environment and the possibilities of ICT in the social sector.You are appropriately able to take advantage of the use of ICT for learning and future work tasks.

How do you analyze the interaction situations using the theoretical basis?What kind of methodological approaches can be used to construct interaction relationships?How can you apply the supporting methods of interaction and expression to practice in social sector?What are the special features of the multicultural interaction and communication?How is digital technology utilized in social sector?

Tentitään seuraava materiaali:
1. Mönkkönen: Vuorovaikutus asiakastyössä ( löytyy Kampus kirjastosta e-kirjana)
2.Kivistö & Päykkönen: Sosiaalityö digitalisaatiossa (löytyy sähköisenä tiedostona)
sekä Learnissa oleva luento materiaali, joka ilmoitetaan opintojakson aikana.

Study forms and methods

Opiskelija voi suorittaa opintojakson valitsemalla seuraavista:
1. Työjärjestyspohjainen väylä: osallistuminen luennoille (kampuksella tai poikkeustilanteessa verkkoluennoille), luento- ja kirjallisuustentti sekä oppimistehtävät
2. Työhön integroitu väylä: mikäli opiskelijalla on voimassa oleva työsuhde sosiaalialan toimipaikassa ja hän tekee asiakastyötään, hän voi suorittaa opintojakson omassa työssään. Tästä tulee sopia opintojakson opettajien kanssa. Tällöin opiskelija raportoi omaa asiakastyötään annetun tehtäväksiannon mukaisesti sekä suorittaa kirjallisuustentin.
