Objective
The main objectives of this course are:
•You'll learn the basic features of Russian business culture and customs;
• You'll be able to recognize differences between your own culture and Russian business and communication culture;
• You'll learn to evaluate and apply your knowledge and skills in business related situations.

1. What is Culture?
2. Differences between Cultures
3. Manners and customs in Russia
4. Russian Culture of Communication and Interaction
5. Russian business etiquette and negotiations

- the learning diary shall be completed according to the instructions given on the learning platform
- the essay must reflect you mastery of the relevant concepts and the ability to apply the theory on practical examples.
