Objective

You show familiarity with organization and management in work communities. You are capable of defining the responsibilities, tasks and roles of a manager. You are capable of describing different theories and styles of managership. You are capable of describing the main challenges in managerial work and evaluate your own managerial abilities.

Which are the different managerial styles and organizational models? How do managerial tasks comprise? Which are the main challenges in managerial work in the tourism and hospitality field? Which are your own strengths and needs of development in managerial work?
