Objective

You show familiarity with the principles of project management and know the most important concepts related to project work.
You are able to design and implement a working life-based project and know how to evaluate its success.
You are able to report on the different phases of the project in accordance with the instructions provided. You are able to act as a responsible member or a coordinator of the project team according to set objectives.

What are the concepts related to project operations?
How do you plan, implement and report a project and how do you evaluate its success?
How do you use different tools (incl. HanSa) in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting?
How do you work in project groups?
How do you manage a project?

Kurssin teoriakehys noudattelee Risto Pelinin kirjaa "Projektinhallinta", joten tämä kirja on hyvä oppimateriaali kurssille. Sitä on ollut saatavilla lainaksi kirjastossamme.

Study forms and methods

Kurssi koostuu itseopiskelumateriaalista, palautettavista harjoitustehtävistä, luennoista ja pienimuotoisen harjoitusprojektin läpiviennistä.
Opiskelijat muodostavat pieniä projektitiimejä, ja jokainen tiimi suorittaa oman käytännön projektin ja raportoi sen.
Arviointi perustuu harjoitustehtäviin ja projektitiimin projektiraporttiin.
Vaihtoehtoisesti riittävä aiemmin hankittu projektityökokemus tunnistetaan ja kurssi voidaan hyväksyä suoritetuksi olemassa olevan osaamisen perusteella.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Kurssiin kuuluva käytännön projektityö pyritään tekemään yritykselle, joten TKI/yritysyhteistyötä kurssissa on 2 - 3 op:n verran riippuen projektista.
