Objective

You understand crisis management as a whole, including its various characteristics. You understand the importance of the rule of law and leadership in maintaining preparedness. You understand the principles of managing exceptional circumstances and understand the importance of forming situation awareness. You understand leadership in crises and the management aspects and priorities in crisis situations. You are able to describe and apply crisis management practices and principles. You are able to recognize the mechanisms and dynamics of the emergence of crisis situations related to population and social security. You are able to assess the potential for crises at international, national, regional and local levels. You can produce risk analysis for your work unit using different risk analysis methods.
