You know how to design, operate and evaluate the strategic management of important activities related to the organisation.
You know how to use the process filming techniques and you know how to use the models of efficiency for the measurement.
You know how to use quality techniques / tools for organizational development.

Mission, values and vision
The strategic objectives set, policies and action plans
Processes and process efficiency measurement
Scorecards (BSC), the various organisational self -assessments (EFQM etc.)
