Objective
• you study the planning of spectacle frames, materials and manufacturing
• you become acquainted with trends and phenomena which affect planning
• you become acquainted with the anatomy of the face of the human being and with the different frame types
Content
• you design and make the spectacle frames or sunglasses from idea sketches to ready frame
• you can do frames or sun glasses to yourself to your friend or to the customer
• for the study module costs will be included because the making of frames or sunglasses includes the material and manufacture costs

A learning route based on a working week according to timetable.
RDI and work-related cooperation
The development task of the course includes working life work with an eyeglass frame manufacturer.
Student workload
5cr is 135h where contact teaching is 70h and independence working is 65h

- you design and make the spectacle frames or sunglasses of plastic or wood which can be used like the glasses which are bought of the optician 's
- you can do frames or sun glasses to yourself to your friend or to the customer
- course includes costs, frames will cost without lenses approx. 105€
