Objective

After this practical training period you have skills:
- to design, perform and evaluate goal-oriented education and social work with clients, their families and multi-professional teams.
- to analyse the client communities and you understand how social work affects a community promoting its wellbeing.
- to apply the different working methods.
- to act in demanding social interaction situations and conflicts in a ethically justifiably way.
- to guide clients appropriately to use services and support.
- to deepen your know-how in person-centered work and to set yourself learning and development goals.

How do you plan and implement social support and education in a client-oriented way in cooperation with clients, their families and multi-professional teams?
How do you assess clients’ community and contemplate how education and social work can promote wellbeing in community where clients live and act?
How do you use appropriate methods in education and social work?
What kind of guiding and counselling practices are included in education and social work?
How do you strengthen your professional competence and customer-oriented working methods?
