How does nonverbal communication affect the negotiation and presentation situation?
How do you document negotiations and meetings?

Study forms and methods

The study course is carried out as close-in and distance learning, according to the sequence of lessons.
In addition, there are tasks that can be completed independently outside of teaching hours.

Assessment methods and criteria

Esiintymistaidon osuus arvioissa on 60 % ja siinä arvioidaan yksittäiset suoritukset 1 - 5.
Tehtäväkohtaiset arviointiperusteet ovat Learn-alustalla.

Neuvottelutaidon osuus on 40 % opintojakson arvosanasta. Ryhmätehtävä arvioidaan asteikolla 1-5. Arviointikriteerit käydään läpi opintojakson alussa.
