Objective

After the completion of the course,
- you are able to communicate in Finnish in some basic everyday situations
- you can use simple phrases, express statements and ask questions and you know basic vocabulary
- you are familiar with some key features of the Finnish grammar
- you can apply your skills in practice, mainly orally but also in writing
- you are able to independently expand your vocabulary resources and improve your Finnish skills using different sources.

- introducing oneself
- greetings
- getting acquainted
- simple conversation related to e.g. shopping and eating out,
- elementary grammar

- online learning in Open Learn (i.e. Moodle) environment
- practice with videos and interactive tasks
- independent progress based on weekly schedule
- online exam

Online studies, schedule-free at the implemention time (weekly assignments).
