Objective

You are able to monitor and evaluate the development of customer relations from leadership point of view.
You can acquire and maintain customerships.
You are able to evaluate and utilize multichannel strategies in the development of customerships.
You are able to evaluate and develop your leadership skills in a state of change, taking customerships into consideration.
