You know the basics of the human body structure, functions and regulating systems and you can justify your actions in nursing and promoting health.
You understand the principles of the organ systems.
You know the onset mechanisms of diseases and the resulting changes in the body.
You understand the physiology of pain, the sensitivity of different tissues to pain, the experience of pain.
Content
What are basic structures and functions of blood circulation, respiration, digestion, urinary excretion, reproduction, human musculoskeletal system, sense, nervous system, hormone secretion, and skin?
How does the organ system work?
What are the onset mechanisms of diseases and the resulting changes in the body?
What is the physiology of pain, the sensitivity of different tissues to pain, the experience of pain?

Workweek-based learning path:
You participate in face-to-face instruction according to the schedule, study topic areas independently, and complete agreed-upon learning tasks according to the schedule set at the beginning of the course.
Accelerated learning path:
You can apply for recognition of prior learning for corresponding higher education studies, either in full or in part. In partial recognition of prior learning, you complete the areas that have not been accepted. The details of the performance are agreed upon with the responsible teacher of the course.
