Study forms and methods

Opintojakson toteutus tapahtuu verkossa ja oppimistehtävinä.

Opintojaksolla tarkastellaan sosiaali- ja terveysalan lainsäädäntöä hyvinvointialueiden otettua järjestämisvastuun julkisista sote-palveluista. Opintojaksolla tarkastellaan myös yksityistä sote-palvelutuotantoa ohjaava lainsäädäntöä. Edelleen jaksolla käsitellään asiakkaan asemaan ja oikeuksiin sekä sote-alan henkilöstöön liittyvää lainsäädäntöä.

Opintojakso ei sisällä TKI- tai työelämäyhteistyötä.

Tehtävät palautetaan 1.4.2024 mennessä.

Student workload

Opintopistemäärään pohjautuva opiskelijan laskennallinen työmäärä 1 op = 27 h. Jakson laajuus on 2 op.

Assessment methods and criteria

Kirjalliset tehtävät arvioidaan numeerisesti T1-K5. Jakson arvosana on tehtävistä saatujen arvioiden keskiarvo.

Qualifications

The course requires completing basic professional studies so that students students are familiar with the Finnish social and health care service system and quality requirements and with the legislation related to the service system.
