You are able to develop in an innovative and partnership-oriented manner new collaboration and councelling methods, work practices and service processes for promoting well-being at schools.

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä.
Opintojakson suoritukseen kuuluu lähiopetukseen osallistuminen ja ryhmässä toteutettavan projektin suunnittelu, toteutus ja arvioiminen.
Opintojakso on mahdollista suorittaa myös itsenäisesti opettajalle laaditun suunnitelman mukaisesti.

Opintojakso toteutetaan työelämäpedagogiikkana.. Projektit toteutuvat työelämälähtöisesti.

Assessment methods and criteria
Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla 1-5/täydennettävä. Arvioinnin kohteet ovat: projektityön aiheen valinta työelämätarpeesta ja yhteistyökumppanista lähtien ja tavoitteiden asettelu; tietoperustan ja käsitteiden hallinta; kehittämismenetelmien soveltaminen; tulokset/tuotokset; projektityön tavoitteiden saavuttaminen ja johtopäätösten esittäminen; projektityön prosessin hallinta; kirjallinen raportointi ja projektityön tulosten jakaminen seminaarissa.
