Objective

You know what today's expert competence involves.
You are able to define the strengths and development targets of your own expertises and productize your own competence.
You are familiar with the elements of good training programmes and sessions.
You can create client-centred training programmes and sessions and make use of existing training facilities in planning.
You can make use of interactive and learner-oriented methods and online tools in implementing training.

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional terminology systematically.
