Objective

You understand the significance of your own behavior and also the significance of others’ behavior. You know how to communicate better as a manager.

Content

How people close to you and yourself see your behavior? How is your behavior support you in daily tasks?

This course consists of personal Mirror™ analysis, its results and coaching. Mirror™ analysis contains an analysis of your behavior, flexibility and the analysis of how trust is built.
