Course material

The exam material is the subjects covered during the study period and the exam book.

Study forms and methods

A learning pathway that accelerates studies:
The content focuses on the following themes:
1. Sales result - we structure the structure of making sales results. It helps us in management to focus on the right things.
2. Building a sales culture - The importance and building of a sales culture, change starts from everyone, change and its support.
3. Elements of sales management - management model, goals and monitoring, roles and responsibilities, customer contact, sales coaching.
The course includes four contact days, learning tasks and an exam. In the grade, the share of learning tasks is 50% and the exam 50%.
The exam will be arranged in the first period. The exam is held as a Learn exam. You can then take the exam at home at a time that suits you, and all the materials can be included in the exam.
The course includes two periods of two-day contact teaching
