Tämän opintojakson suorittaminen voi olla mahdollista myös ilman fysiikan oppikirjaa. Oppikirja kuitenkin suositellaan hankittavaksi, sillä sitä tarvitaan myös tehovalmennusta seuraavilla fysiikan opintojaksoilla.
