Finnish”. This self-learning experience is designed for international students eager to understand the nuances of the culture, practices, and legislation of working in Finland. Flexible learning that fits around your schedule, accessible anywhere with an internet connection. Certificate of completion, showcasing your initiative and willingness to learn beyond the traditional curriculum.

Course material

Online material. You only need an internet connection, a mobile device or computer access, and interest in learning more about Finnish working life. Your feedback will also be requested in order to develop the further.

RDI and work-related cooperation

The course is designed exclusively for forward-thinking international students eager to understand the nuances of the culture, practices, and legislation of working in Finland.

Timing of exams and assignments

The pilot of the course will run from weeks 14 through 20. Each week, a new learning module will be unlocked, allowing you to delve into different stages of career development at your own pace.

International cooperation

This course is for the students in the international degree programmes. You will have the opportunity to connect with peers from 5 different universities or universities of applied sciences in Finland. The course encourages discussion and sharing experiences, as well as using AI to bind these discussions together. All discussions are also moderated and your privacy has been taken into account.

Requirements for Participation:

This course is for the students in the international degree programmes. You can be at any stage of your studies to participate in the pilot course. You only need an internet connection, a mobile device or computer access, and interest in learning more about Finnish working life. Your feedback will also be requested in order to develop the further.
