Study forms and methods
The study course is mainly carried out as untimed online teaching, but it also includes 5 timed remote teaching sessions. Distance learning courses require active participation. Remote lectures are recorded.
Studying takes place in the Learn environment. Access to the course platform opens on the day the course begins. In addition to internet connection, video and audio connection is required to participate.
The assessed tasks are done independently. Assignments must be returned within the given schedule.
The course utilizes the written feedback method.

The learning tasks of the course are based on working life models.

The schedules of assignments etc. are announced at the beginning of the study period on the Learn platform.

1 ECTS corresponds to approximately 27 hours of student work.
Course part description
In the first section, we familiarize ourselves with the core skill areas of self-management through task work.
In the second section, we learn about different management styles and paradigms and management theories.
In the third section, it introduces the analysis of the work community's operation and the development of its functionality.
In the fourth part, we familiarize ourselves with the typical tasks and tools of a manager, such as motivation, giving feedback, encouraging and recruiting.
In addition, management operating models in various organizations are examined.
The fifth section is a report about a work related to the literature of the field.
