Study forms and methods
The teaching includes contact lessons on the Savonlinna campus according to the schedule. The classes are not not recorded, nor are they replaced with online lectures when contact lessons are provided according to the schedule.
The studies include group meetings according to the schedule and independent/group learning assignments.
Teacher guidance is available during classes and, if necessary, via email.
Assessed tasks are completed independently.
Various methods of feedback will be used during the course. These may include written and oral feedback as well as peer feedback.

Practical tasks based on communication situations at work
Timing of exams and assignments
Continuous assessment and written and oral exam during the lessons on campus at the end of the course. A detailed schedule will be published at the beginning of the course.
In the course, students will complete 4-5 learning assignments, which must be submitted by the given deadlines. All learning assignments for the course must be submitted by the end of the course.
Student workload
One ECTS credit corresponds to approximately 27 hours of student work. However, the workload may vary depending on the student's study skills and prior knowledge.
