Objective

You know how to apply exercise methods in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases, functional deficits and psychological and social problems.

You can maintain and improve your own and your working community members' working and functional capacity with exercise.

You can adapt various types of exercise and its possibilities in order to promote functional capacity in various working enviroments of elderly care.

You know basic fitness tests.

You know how to use fitness tests as part of exercise program planning and implementation.
