Objective

• Syvennät osaamistasi erilaisista kriiseistä
• (kehitys- ja elämäntilannekriisit, suru sekä äkilliset traumaattiset kriisit)
• Syvennät osaamistasi yksilöllisistä reagointitavoista kriiseihin.
• Syvennät osaamistasi ammatillisen tuen tarpeen tunnistamisesta surussa ja kriisitilanteessa,
• sekä hoitotyön menetelmien käytöstä kriisissä.
• Syvennät osaamistasi post-traumaattisen stressihäiriön tunnistamisesta ja sen hoitomuodoista.
• Syvennät osaamistasi hoidollisesta vuorovaikutuksesta kriisitilanteissa
• Syvennät osaamistasi oman resilienssin tunnistamisessa ja osaat huolehtia omasta jaksamisesta

• Miten tunnistat post-traumaattisen stressihäiriön ja miten vakautat siitä kärsivää ihmistä?
• Miten annat ensitiedon ja osaat vakauttamisen periaatteet?
• Miten tunnistat oman resilienssin ja oman jaksamisen rajat sekä miten huolehdit omasta jaksamistasi?

The study material is in Learn.

Study forms and methods

The course is carried out as an online education. The course will take place on 16 September - 5 December 2025. The course includes a time-bound learning task. For other independent tasks and the Learn exam, individual progress is possible. The course is accompanied by a mandatory start meeting for everyone on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 3pm-4pm in Teams. Link to Teams is on the Learn platform of the course. Teacher guidance is available by contacting the teachers responsible for the course via email.
Studying takes place in a Learn environment. Access to the course platform opens on the start date of the course.
The tasks to be assessed are presented in more detail in the start info and Learn. The tasks to be assessed must be returned within the given schedule. Peer feedback is also used in the course.

RDI and work-related cooperation

In the assignment of the course, the learned theoretical knowledge is applied in a working life-oriented manner.

Timing of exams and assignments

The course includes independently studied material and time-free repeatable data tests and online discussions. The internalization of theory is supported by an integrating learning task ("Rasmus") and an online exam at the end of the course.
The course ends at the time indicated in the implementation information, by which time all learning tasks, online exam and other tasks related to the course must be completed.

International cooperation

Student workload

One credit (ECTS) corresponds to approximately 27 hours of student work. However, the amount of work depends on study skills and previous knowledge.
In this course of study (5 credits), the student's workload is approx. 135 t, consisting of independent study, repeating learning tasks, group discussion, compiling learning task and Learn final exam.

Assessment methods and criteria

The assessment of the compiling learning task is done in relation to the learning objectives of the course and the assessment criteria of the learning task. The course performance includes the approved performance of all learning tasks. The grade of the course consists of the weighted average of the learning task to be assessed numerically and the final exam.

The estimated share of the learning assignment is 80% of the course grade
The online exam rate is 20%
