Objective

You promote your spoken and written skills in marketing and selling in the forestry field. You have knowledge of media and how to work with it.
You are able to act in customer service situations and to sell services/products.

What kind of spoken and written marketing and selling skills do you need in the forestry field?
How do you work with media?
How do you personally sell and market services and products in customer service situations?

Course material

The study material consists of literature and lecture materials.
To be shown in the course.

Study forms and methods

You will develop verbal and written marketing and sales skills in the forestry sector in the Study Course. You know how to work in customer service situations and sell services/products. You identify different forest owner segments and know how to use your learning in targeted sales work. You also understand your own strengths and development needs in sales and marketing work.

RDI and work-related cooperation

In the course, a task is carried out in which an employee in the forestry sector is interviewed from the point of view of sales work.

No exam.
The course is completed with online assignments and two contact days.
