Objective
You understand the importance of foresight, changes in the external environment and the forces behind them in strategic management.
You are able to define the mission, vision, values and strategic goals for an SME.
You know how to use templates to measure process efficiency.
You know how to use quality tools to develop an SME.
You are able to plan, use and evaluate key strategic management activities in an SME (strategic planning, strategic thinking, implementation of strategy, etc.).

How to define a mission, vision and values?
What does foresight mean as part of strategy work?
How are strategic objectives defined?
How to create effective strategic management policies and action plans?
How can the strategy be integrated / implemented into the activities of an SME?
How is the effectiveness of processes assessed and measured?
How are the results monitored?
Course material
Learn the study materials on the platform and optional written sources.
Study forms and methods
Individual methods are discussed with the teacher separately. For example, it may be possible to carry out assignments from the workplace as part of the studies as part of the course.
RDI and work-related cooperation
