Objective

After completing this training period you have skills:
- to estimate and survey the development needs, quality of the work, work communities and the services of your own field.
- to design and develop the work and services in the social field together with the representatives of work communities.
- to survey ongoing research and development activities in your own field.
- to as far as possible apply research and development methods and tools in the development work of the working life and to report on development work.
- to identify the content and responsibilities of managerial work.
- to identify the significance of influencing work in social services.
- to assess your work and your ways of action.
- to assess your vocational strengths and development needs and you are able to develop them.
