Objective

You know the professional ethical basis of the social services and know how to apply them in the work of the social sector.

You know how to observe at work in the social services ethically and critically in a sustainable way.

You are aware of the meaning of views of human beings, values and service environment in client work. You know how to analyze your own values.

You know the knowledge base of professional interaction in the social sector and know how to apply it in construct effective interaction relationships.

You recognize diverse and demanding interaction situations in the social sector and know how to apply dialogic interaction.

You know how to work professionally in digital interaction environments in the social sector.

What are the professional ethical principles of the social sector and how do you apply them in your work in the social sector?

How do you identify and analyze demanding questions related to the application of professional ethical principles in the social sector?

How do you promote finding solutions to professional ethical questions in social work situations?

What is the knowledge base of professional interaction in the social sector and how do you apply it in construct effective interaction relationships in the operating environments of the social sector?

What are the diverse and demanding interaction situations in the social sector and how do you identify, analyze and reflect on them?

What is dialogic interaction like and how do you apply it in complex interaction situations in the social sector?

What are digital interaction environments in the social sector and how do you work in them professionally?

Opintojakson alussa ilmoitettava materiaali.

Study forms and methods

Osallistut lukujärjestyksen mukaiseen alkuinfoon 8.9 (vkolla 37) verkossa. Infossa esitellään itsenäisesti suoritettavat tehtävät/tentti sekä materiaalit.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Opintojaksolla rakennat työelämässä tarvittavaa osaamista. Työelämäyhteistyö toteutuu tehtävissä ja tarkentuu opintojakson aloitukseen mennessä.

Oppimistehtävien määräajat ilmoitetaan opintojakson alkaessa.

Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla 0-5 Xamk arviointikehikkoa hyödyntäen.
Osa oppimistehtäviä arvioidaan hyväksytty-täydennettävä- hylätty.
Opintojaksoon sisälttyy 2 op arvioitava tehtävä/tentti.
