Objective

Knowledge and understanding of and proficiency in:
- complying with emergency procedures
- taking precautions to prevent pollution of the marine environment
- observation of safe working practices
- contributing to effective communications on board ship
- contributing to effective human relationships on board ship
- contributing to the prevention of and responding to bullying and harassment
- understanding and taking necessary actions to control fatigue

Study forms and methods

Scheduled track:
Attendance at teaching and guidance sessions as specified in the schedule. Participation in lectures and completion of exercises and an online exam.

Independent track:
Discussion with the teacher, and if necessary PSP-planning with your own mentor teacher.

Blended track:
Not possible.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Course does not include cooperation with RDI and working life.

Exercises are completed during the course and an online exam is completed at the end of the course.
