Study forms and methods

Studies take place as daytime classes at the school. In addition, you will study independently at home. The course consists of theoretical studies and practical exercises at the school. Additionally, the course includes assignments to be completed at home.

RDI and work-related cooperation

The course provides a foundation for the first internship and later for working life. During the course, there will be a workplace visit.

Timing of exams and assignments

The course includes a numerically graded final exam. A failed exam can be retaken twice on separately announced dates.

International cooperation

The student group is entirely international, and the instruction is conducted in English.

Student workload

The student’s workload is 135 hours, which is divided between instruction at the school, independent study, and exam preparation.

Course part description

The course is divided into different areas of nursing according to the textbook contents. The course includes theoretical instruction, practical skill exercises, case studies, and simulations.

Acquiring the textbook is necessary.

Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are designated for independent study.
