Objective

You can plan and implement responsibly a nature tourism service product according to a company's business concept.
You know how to apply service design thinking in planning and implementing a customer-oriented nature tourism product.
You know how to set goals for service experience, price a service and take these into account as part of planning and implementing services.
You know how to take safety and legislation in account in the design and implementation of the service product.

Study forms and methods

The course includes an online part 19.-23.5.25 and one week intensive period 26.-30.5.25 in Puumala.
Theoretical part consists of product design, productization, nature tourism
The intensive week consist of practical project where the idea will be produced and tested.
Students will design a ready-to-implement nature tourism product in small international groups and test it with other participants.
