Objective

You can define the basic concepts of service design.
You can identify factors which affect the service experience.
You can measure the service experience and can study it with quantitative and qualitative methods.

What are the central concepts of service design?
What factors affect the creation of a service experience?
How can the service experience be studied?

Evaluation

Students are able
a. to acquire, process, produce and critically evaluate the cross-sectoral information about well being
b. to solve exacting problems in research, development and / or in innovation
c. to evaluate the view and the cosequences of the welfare among cultural well-being
d. to develop independently own skills of thinking
e. to evaluate strategic approaches and to justify their use from the management and development perspective
f. to work independently as an expert or as an entrepreneur in social services
g.to communicate and interact in demanding international contexts of the cultural well-being expertise

Verkko-opetus, lisäksi itsenäinen työ ja sovitut tehtävät.

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä on mahdollinen, jos työtehtävissäsi voit kehittää opintojakson tavoitteissa ja sisällöissä mainittua osaamista. Ota opintojakson opettajaan yhteyttä hyvissä ajoin ennen opintojakson alkua sen määrittämiseksi

Mahdollisuus suorittaa opintojakso myös TKI-akatemiamallinnuksen kautta (arviointimerkintä tällöin hyväksytty). Ota yhteys vastuuopettajaan ennen opintojakson aloitusta.
