Objective
You understand the importance of foresight, changes in the external environment and the forces behind them in strategic management.
You are able to define the mission, vision, values and strategic goals for an SME.
You know how to use templates to measure process efficiency.
You know how to use quality tools to develop an SME.
You are able to plan, use and evaluate key strategic management activities in an SME (strategic planning, strategic thinking, implementation of strategy, etc.).
