You identify areas for development in client work, services and working community and you know the methods of development work in your practical training place.

You become familiar with the quality system for the services and work community as well as with the superior work and management system in your practical training place.

You learn about advocacy work in your practical training place and understand its meaning.

You are able to manage yourself as a work community member by promoting wellbeing at work.

You are able to asses your professional competence in a many-sides and critical way. You reflect your activities of professional ethics as a bachelor of social services taking into account your career plans.
