You know the principles and legislation of responsible and safe work.

What is life cycle thinking and its significance from the personnel management point of view?
What does wellbeing at work mean and what areas does it cover?
What tools are used to develop wellbeing at work?
What does workplace safety include and how is it managed?
What kind of competence is needed in organisations now and in the future, and how is competence managed?
