You deepen your knowledge of assessing and measuring health and physical performance in laboratory, field and clinical settings.
You can evaluate and plan training aimed at physical activity and competitive sports based on various measurement and examination results.
You can consider the response to exercise of different individuals in rehabilitation and training.

How does physical exertion affect the musculoskeletal system, metabolism and the cardiovascular system?
How does physical exertion affect the nervous system and endocrine functions?
How do different training methods affect physical performance?
How can physical performance be developed and optimized?
