Objective
You know the tasks, roles and importance of a nurse practitioner in social and health care.
You can critically evaluate and develop your expertise.
You are able to act as a consultant to the professionals and other patients/clients, utilising a variety of communication methods.
You can coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team responsible for patient care.
You are able to design, promote, implement and evaluate your work community's expertise by using versatile methods and encourage your work community to continue to develop professionally.
You are able to evaluate and develop your staff's skills and responsibilities as planned.
You will be able to act as a mentor and trainer in multi-professional teams and networks by utilising digital communication and taking into account community-based and ethical considerations.
You know how to take into account the special cultural needs of clients, patients and, if necessary, staff.
You are able to develop an organisational culture that supports client-oriented and safe service, multi-professional collaboration, employee wellbeing at work and competence development.

A student can
