You identify and understand the basic concepts of knowledge-based management and apply them in the evaluation and development of digital services.
You can identify the information pools of health care and social services and assess their role, significance and value in the iterative and real-time development and management of service processes.
You can use the processes and tools of knowledge-based management and technology in the development and management of services.

How does digitalization affect knowledge-based management?
What type of information pools exist in health care and social services and how can the collected information be utilized iteratively (constant developing) and in real time in the development and management of services?
How can the processes, tools and technology of knowledge-based management be used in the development and management of services?
Evaluation
