Objective
- You understand and can employ evidence-based implementation methods and strategies to introduce different operating models.
- You understand the educational opportunities and limitations in developing the safety culture and crisis tolerance of a healthcare and social welfare organisation.
- You are able to identify the different competence development needs that healthcare and social welfare personnel may have in terms of crisis tolerance, and to ensure that the desired competences are achieved.

- What implementation methods and strategies can be used in introducing different operating models?
- How can the organisational safety culture be systematically developed through training?
- How to identify what competence needs personnel has in terms of crisis tolerance?
- What methods can be used when providing crisis tolerance training?
- How to ensure the required competence is achieved?
Evaluation
Students can:
a. find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data on implementation methods and competence development
